Go Nuts

During an intensive training your muscles burn a lot of energy. For the Primal Being in all of us this triggers the wish for new energy to store, because you might run out. This of course had its value during surviving evolution but nowadays we know that there is enough energy/food available if we want to. This usually creates the after training dip or craving. The taste of energy and minerals (sweet and salty) in nuts and fruits help your Primal Being to calm down and trust in the fact that there is enough energy available.

INGREDIENTS (for twelve balls)

2 tsp. Stem-Ginger 50 gr Raisins 15 gr Hazelnuts 15 gr Almonds 20 gr Walnuts 200 gr Dates 2 tbsp. Coconut Oil 50 gr Pistachios

  1. Melt the Coconut Oil on low heat.

  2. Add all the ingredients (except the Pistachios) in a kitchen device and grind it to a thick paste.

  5. Coat the balls with the Pistachios,

  6. Cool in the fridge for at least 15 minutes and enjoy. You can keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days.
