Cocktail Sauce

Although seemingly simple a good Cocktail sauce is a delight at any barbeque. Perhaps even more important it can make or break a simple recipe like shrimp cocktail. Many types of alcohol can be used for this sauce. We chose the Sherry because it doesn’t overpower the basic taste you try to enhance with a sauce.

INGREDIENTS

3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. Tomato Ketchup

1 Tbsp. Sherry

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

A pinch of Chilli Powder

A pinch of Sea Salt

1. Put the ingredients into a bowl. Mix until smooth.

2. Enjoy!
