Wild Garlic Hummus
INGREDIENTS
1 can Chickpeas (240 gr drained)
50 gr Wild Garlic
3 Tbsp. Water
Juice of 1 Lemon
3 Tsp. Tahini
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Pepper & Salt to taste
1. Drain the Chickpeas and roughly chop the Wild Garlic.
2. Add everything to a food processor and chop into the desired thickness
3. Bring to taste. We found this recipe needs a bit more Salt than first expected
4. Enjoy with some cucumber, tomato, toast or cheese. (And if you find other great unexpected combinations please let us know)
