The days slowly start to shorten again telling us the summer is nearing it’s end. A simple invitation to make the best of the warmth as long as it lasts. Sweetness takes over in our life as we savour the last beautiful days.

Foodwise the abundance is just to begin as the sun has given plants like tomatoes and bell peppers the light they needed to grow big and tasty. Fruits like grapes, blackberries and peaches have hit their season and we are more than willing to feast upon them.
